Counseling and therapy

We offer a range of counseling and therapeutic activities – either just for you, for you and your children or with a group of survivors.

Our individual counselling and therapeutic activities usually last for at least 12 weeks, and help you work through what’s happened to you and how you can start to heal.

We also offer group therapies, like art therapy, play therapy and Saheli, a group session for survivors. And we can offer joint sessions for mothers and children as part of our Support for children.

Training courses

Our training courses help women gain practical skills to become independent. We’re recognised by the National Open College Network (NOCN) and offer accredited trauma-informed classes to help women develop employment-ready confidence.

Group meetings, events and days out

We have weekly group meetings, where Black and minoritised women come together to talk, socialise and support each other.
